About this event
Alchemy is the science of transforming something poisonous into medicine. Buddha's teachings allow us to transform the inner poison of our traumas, negative beliefs, and difficult emotions, into the medicine of wisdom and compassion. In this course we will learn some of these practices and engage in them step by step so that we may profoundly benefit ourselves and others through them. These practices are especially helpful for problems that are resilient and difficult to overcome.
No prior meditation experience is necessary, simply an open mind and a wish to solve your inner problems.
Kelsang Lekso
Kelsang Lekso has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years and teaches the Foundation Program. Her kindness and good humor is admired as she enjoys sharing her love of Dharma with everyone she meets. She has incredible faith and understanding of Kadam Dharma.
