Maria has been a long-time student in the Foundation Program class and serves as the Orange County Branch Administrative Director. As a busy mother of two and having personal experience of the benefits of Buddhist meditation, with warmth Maria enjoys sharing with others how to integrate them.

Jane McLaughlin

Since finding Kadampa meditation in Santa Ana, Jane has been studying in the Foundation Program classes and has devoted herself to the practices. An educator with a very big heart, Jane loves teaching and giving practical examples from her own daily experience

Erich has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years and studies in the Foundation Program. He enjoys sharing his understanding and deep respect for Dharma with everyone and is admired for his good humor, skillful teaching and kindness.

Studying in the Foundation Program, Ipsita has a great understanding of Dharma. She delights in finding solutions to life’s daily problems through her practice of meditation and Buddha’s timeless wisdom, and is skilled at encouraging others in their own practice.

Maria is a student of the Kadampa International Teacher Training Program and has been a practitioner for more than 15 years. She teaches meditation in a clear, effective and simple way that many people can connect with.

Arlette is a student in Kadampa Buddhism since 2005 and presently a student in the Special Teacher Training Program. She loves sharing her personal journey as a 'seeker' and the joy she finds in her Buddhist practice. Her aspiration is to create a space where people from diverse backgrounds can explore the profound teachings of Kadampa Buddhism, benefiting from its wisdom and compassion.
