New Series!
How to Deal with Difficult People
June 11 - July 9

Dealing with people is such a big part of our lives. Often we find others difficult to live or work with, because our priorities differ, our opinions clash and we feel unable to fulfill our wishes. As a result we then blame others for our feelings of stress and misery. In this course we will learn how to transform our relationships simply by changing the way we view others and relating to them differently. We will also learn how to protect our mind from being stressed, frustrated and resentful towards others. By applying these practical methods in our daily life, our relationships will become harmonious and satisfying for everyone involved and difficult people will disappear from our lives.

No experience necessary.  Everyone is welcome.
