How to Change your Karma
When we are going through a period of difficulty in our life, we might find ourselves shrugging fatalistically, ‘it’s my karma’, as if there’s nothing we can do about it. But this is incorrect. While the law of karma states that negative actions create suffering, this does not mean that when we have engaged in negative actions, such as being hurtful or deceptive to others, that we’ll definitely have to experience that suffering effect. Why not? Because we can change our karma!
Discover how Buddha’s teachings on karma are enormously empowering, giving us the inner tools to respond to difficulties with wisdom, and transforming challenges into the very means whereby we change our karma, and hence our life.
