About this event

Heart Jewel is the most fundamental part of a Kadampa Buddhist's daily meditation practice.  Through this we receive the spiritual nourishment to deepen our meditations and the spiritual protection that allows us to embrace every aspect of our life with confidence and joy.

In preparation for the
Kadampa Fall Festival 2026 in Malaga Spain, we will focus on the practice of Migtsema, the special request to Wisdom Buddha, Je Tsongkhapa.  The Migtsema practice is the best method to increase our faith in Je Tsongkhapa and his teachings, and swiftly accomplish the realizations of love, compassion, and wisdom.

Everyone is welcome.  No experience is necessary.
$20 per class | Members $10
